Brighter Days Counselling

I am a Counsellor (NCS Accred) and Breathwork Coach. I work individually with adults who want to improve their relationship with themselves and others and live with more authenticity.

I offer counselling:
1) Online using video and telephone calls.
2) In-person in therapy rooms in Lewes, Glynde, East Dean.
3) Outside in green spaces within a 12-mile radius of Eastbourne.
