Natasha – Herd in Harmony

Natasha Leach is the founder of Herd in Harmony, a unique wellbeing, transformational healing and personal development practice based in rural East Sussex.

Guided by the intuitive wisdom of her rescue horses, Natasha supports women and teenagers to come home to themselves. Through a blend of horse-guided coaching, energy healing and sound healing, she creates safe, nurturing spaces where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves, release old patterns and embrace the next chapter of their lives with confidence and inner peace.

Her work is especially welcoming to neurodivergent and highly sensitive people, offering a calm, compassionate environment where they can feel seen, accepted and free to simply be themselves.

All that she offers is rooted in the belief that when we feel safe enough to be fully present, we naturally rediscover the wisdom, peace, strength and authenticity that have always been within us.
